Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat fee of ₹59 applies. The exact charge is always shown before you pay.
Orders are usually packed within one working day. Metro deliveries typically take 2–4 working days; other locations 4–7 working days.
Consignments sent through India Post can take longer, and their scans are usually uploaded once a day — a quiet tracking page does not mean the parcel has stopped moving.
As soon as a courier is assigned you get an email with the tracking number, and every scan appears on the tracking page for that order.
[Review required] Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. After that the parcel returns to us and we refund the order, less any shipping already incurred.
